Preschool at "the big school"

Isabella started preschool today at Hancock elementary. As she calls it "the big school". She is very excited to be going to the same school as Camden and her two very good friends that live across the street. Although the first day we were both in tears, her for not wanting to stay and me for making her stay.......I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes waiting for her to stop crying and calling my name and then I couldn't take it anymore and left hoping that if she didn't stop they would call me to come pick her up.

I am glad to say that everyday since then there has not been one tear. She absolutely loves school and would go everyday if she could. She has learned so much and has made a few friends.

Oh, by the way, these pictures are from the second day of school. No way, was she going to let me take her picture on that first day.

Kindergarten

Camden started kindergarten..........It has been a very emotional time for all of us. There has been a lot of tears these past few weeks. I sure miss him not being home everyday. I know that he is loving it, I can't believe how much he has already learned. He has grown up a ton as well.
I hope this first year of school is great in everyway for him and that we all grow together in figuring out new schedules, homework and friends. I love you bud!

Isabella's 4th birthday

Oh my, I can't believe that my sweet Isabella is already four years old. Isabella is my little helper. She is always wanting to do whatever it is that will help mommy or anyone for that matter out. She is so loving to her brother's and sister. She always tells them that she loves them and wants to give hugs all the time.

For her 4th birthday she invited her "best friends" Tyler and Reagan to go to Build-a-Bear along with her cousin Emme. They had a ton of fun picking out which animal they wanted and the outfits to go along with them. I love you Isabella and can't wait to see what your fourth year brings.........

4th of July

We decided to go up to Heber for the 4th of July this year. We went to the parade in Show Low.

The kids got a ton of candy. This was their first parade. Then we watched fireworks in Heber that night. They were amazing for such a little town. We will definitely be back.

Summer 2009

We decided to take the kids to a waterpark here in town. The one that we wanted to go to was at a hotel and you had to stay at the hotel to get to go to the waterpark. The kids thought that it was so fun that we got to stay at a hotel were we live. As you can see it was a blast!

New bike

Steve bought a Harley and as you can see everyone is having a great time riding. Well, I guess I should say that "the boys" are, the girls not so much.....Isabella and Olivia think it is too LOUD. Just the way Steve wanted it. It has been a fun new toy so far and I am sure there will be many more fun rides.

The "Happiest Place on Earth"

We took the kids to Disneyland this year for spring break. It was Camden, Isabella and Olivia's first time and like Sam's 12th time. It was so much fun to see how excited they got and how much fun they had. We rode so many rides and saw a ton of characters and princesses. I am sure it was a little overwhelming for them. They all did great for being at Disneyland for three days straight. We almost didn't bring Olivia with us, but I am so glad that we did. She had so much fun and made us laugh with her new faces. Camden loved all the scary rides and Isabella loved all the the princesses she got to meet. It was a really great trip. The only thing that would have made it better is if Trevor would have been their.........

He is 5 years old already......

We went to Bounce Jungle for Camden's 5th birthday. The kids (and parents) had so much fun. After we were all bounced out we came back home, ate pizza and cupcakes and broke a Spongebob pinata'. Camden had so much fun with all his friends and family! Happy Birthday sweet boy!!!

OUCH!!!!!!!!

We had our first trip to Urgent Care a couple of weeks ago. Isabella fell off Camden's top bunk bed and cut her forehead. She had to get four stitches!!!! She was such a brave little thing. Once daddy got there she was much better. I love it that she is such a daddies girl.

Weekend at Grandpa's

We went to my dad's house for the weekend. As you can see, the kids loved playing in the snow. We had so much fun making a snowman, making snow angels and having a snowball fight. The kids make a gingerbread house with Grandma Lori and we played the Wii. A much needed relaxing weekend! I wish we could make it up to Heber more often.......
